Private Events at Lowertown
Birthdays, team outings, launches, showers, club meetups and after-parties. Lowertown hosts groups inside and on the patio at 1031 Broadway, on Ann Arbor's Northside.

The space
Inside: a bright room in a 1938 garage building, with booths, big tables and plenty of windows. Outside: the patio under a timber canopy, with fire pits when it gets cold. Tell us your headcount and the kind of night you're planning, and we'll tell you what works.
Drinks
Coffee and espresso drinks for daytime events. Cocktails, Michigan beer, wine and a real zero-proof list for the evening. We'll work out with you how you want to handle drinks for your group.
Food
We don't have a kitchen. Outside food is welcome, and food trucks park outside most evenings. We're happy to point you toward trucks we work with.
Public events and pop-ups
We host community events too: the Lowertown Vintage Market, craft nights with SCRAP Creative Reuse, art shows, book club, comedy and more. If you'd like to run a public event, class or pop-up here, tell us about it.
