Lowertown serves as a community hub for Ann Arbor's north side, hosting everything from casual meetups to private celebrations.
Lowertown is committed to supporting community events that bring people together. We work with organizers to create successful events while maintaining our welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. Our goal is to be your regular gathering spot, not just a one-time venue rental.

Our Space
Indoor Capacity: 40-50 (depending on setup)
Patio Capacity: 70 (30 under the pergola)
Kitchen: Limited food prep capabilities
Parking: Street parking, Michigan blue lot free after 5 or all day Sat/Sun
Food & Beverage
Coffee & Pastries: Available during day hours
Full Bar: Available evening hours
Food Trucks: Can coordinate for larger events with advance notice
Outside Catering: Allowed with approval for private events
Dietary Restrictions: Limited accommodation - discuss needs in advance
