Make Music Day: The Bob Sky Young Band

Ring in the summer with a worldwide day of music! On June 21, celebrate Make Music Ann Arbor on streets, sidewalks, and parks across the city, with music performed by anyone and free for everyone.

Bob Sky Young is a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from the greater Detroit area. An award-winning composer, he is also known from his time fronting the Delta Twins.

You might hear in his songs strains of early Elton John, Jackson Browne, Marc Cohn, and Jason Isbell. His lyrics are often observational, sometimes confessional, and other times just fun with interesting word play.
