R&D Wednesday is back. Every Wednesday after 4pm, a Lowertown bartender puts a new cocktail on the menu at a discount. Your feedback decides what happens next: it stays as is, gets tweaked, or gets scrapped.
This week: Carol's "Let's Boogie," a twist on a margarita — tequila, apricot, lime, and house-made fig honey, served up in a coupe. $10, 4pm-close. Leave your notes on the comment card at your table.
